I’m Mika Aaltola, founder of Aaltola Advisory.

I’ve held every product role on an IoT SaaS platform: developer, team coach, product owner, line manager, head of product owners, product manager. Before that, five years in telecom operations. I’ve seen what works at every level. I’ve also seen what breaks when organisations scale without an operating model.

Now I help leaders build the decision architecture their organisations need for the intelligence age.
